| iSquare Data & Document Service Department (DDSD),
by deploying advanced production processes and Quality
Control (QC) systems, promise high accurate rate, ranging
from 99.95% to 99.995%. We can meet the most rigor requirements
from our clients!
Planning and Pilot Project
The Project Management squad, together with the client,
analyses the data production project, and chooses the
most suitable data process methods, formats and progress.
iSquare DDSD will then run a pilot project to confirm
that the data production plan satisfies the clientĄ¯s requirements.
Advanced Technique
iSquare makes full use of the advanced technoilogies to
control data entry quality. Optical Character Recogition
(OCR), Intelligence Character Recognition (ICR) and Optical
Mark Recognition (OMR) has been deploied in various steps
of data production such as produciton process, quality
control and production monitoring.
Training
Training in iSquare is important. It plays an important
role during the whole data production procedure. There
are various training, including basic entry skill training,
project specific training, entry rule training, re-training
after rule changes and re-
training after entry errors. There is a training system
in iSquare and all training is logged. Continuous training
at different levels is helpful to keep stable data production
with high qulity.
Quality Cotrol
iSquare has a experienced quality control squad equipped
with advanced technologies. System Check and Spot Check
are always deployed to guarantee the quality of the deliverables.
Error and quality report are available to the clients.
Double-Entry-One-Compare
Double-Entry-One-Compare (DEOC) is most frequently used
in iSquare DSDD. Data is processed by two operators concurrently,
and a corrector compares their job with some software
tools and corrects any found errors. iSquare can achieve
accurate rate 99.95%.

Triple-Entry-Two-Compare
Triple-Entry-Two-Compare (TETC) can make a higher accurate
rate then DEOC. Data is processed by three operators.
A corrector compares the jobs of two operators, then the
other corrector compares the result of the first corrector
and the job of the third operator. Data is triple-processed
and double compared. iSquare can achieve accurate rate
99.995% by using TETC.
